Setting your intention for the day
Start your morning by giving yourself a calm moment before the day begins. Pull a ceremony card and set an intention for how you want to move through the day. Choose the scent that aligns with the energy you want to embody and spray it onto your pulse points.
Now play the frequency music connected to your chosen scent. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to fully arrive in the moment. Let your body absorb the energy, the intention, and the feeling you want to carry with you.
You are now ready to begin your day with clarity and intention.
In between meetings
When you need grounding throughout the day, find a quiet place where you can reconnect with yourself for a moment.
Sit down and place one hand on your heart and the other on your stomach. Play the frequency music and listen to the affirmations connected to your chosen scent. Take slow, deep breaths and allow yourself to fully feel the sensations in your body.
Use this moment to return to yourself. To slow down, reset your energy, and remember that everything you need already exists within you.
Continue your day feeling more present, grounded, and connected.
Closing the day
End your day with a moment of reflection and release.

As you listen, reflect on the following questions:
“What moment from today am I still carrying with me?”
“What am I ready to release before sleep?”
“What energy do I want to carry into tomorrow?”
