Meet the founder Behind NEH

Hi, I’m Taraneh — most people know me as Tara.

NEH was born from a moment when I realised I had drifted far from myself. Reconnecting with my birth name became part of returning to my essence, and to a deeper understanding of how our inner state shapes how we feel, choose, and move through life.

I became fascinated by how fragrance, sound, and intention can shift the mind, body, and soul, gently guiding us back to who we truly are. After a decade immersed in the world of fragrance through my scent discovery service SNIPH, working closely with some of the finest perfumes and perfumers in the industry, I felt called to go deeper.

NEH is my way of turning that understanding into something you can experience in everyday life. Pronounced like the French word nez, meaning nose, NEH is a perfume house where master perfumery meets mindfulness, inspired by the transformative power of scent.

This collection has changed my life from the inside out. It has been a catalyst for sharing my gifts and my light with the world. My hope is that as you step into this world, something in you remembers — and that the light you reconnect with continues to ripple outward, long after the scent settles.

Created to create you.

A journey within Created to create you

NEH emerged from a period of deep inner work, a time that reshaped how I relate to myself, to life, and to creation. Guided by the understanding that our lived reality is a reflection of our inner state, NEH is created as an invitation to turn inward. To transcend the physical and begin a scented journey of self-discovery, self-empowerment, and transformation for the mind, body, and soul.

As an accredited self-healing therapist and yoga nidra instructor, I draw inspiration from modalities in self-healing, mindfulness, energy, and neuroscience. These influences shape fragrances created to work with the subconscious, guiding you into deeper states of awareness and back to your true essence.

Fragrance, to me, is a messenger. A portal back to the present moment. An invisible bridge between the outer world and what already lives within. Waiting to be remembered.

So take a breath. You’ve arrived. Let the ceremony begin.
